Only high grade slow grown timber is used in Homewood overlap buildings and the framing is strong 34mm square pine. A solid sheet osb floor is provided. The door is secured by a Hasp and Staple catch. There are no windows in this model. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver this product to Northern Ireland. This building comes complete with a floor. To maintain the guarantee we strongly recommend the shed to be assembled on a flat and level foundation such as concrete, paving slabs or a proprietry building base. This foundation is not included, just the floor. The building has a basecoat treatment ready for topcoating by the customer immediately on assembly. The top coat may be a stain or other good quality exterior wood paint. We recommend annual re treatement of the building to maintain the anti-rot guarantee and to keep it strong and weatherproof.
