This does not mean that they can be left up all year round, overnight or unattended, doing so will void your warranty. They are 100% waterproof, can be used in heavy rains, avoid in extreme wind conditions.

The warranty that you receive is 18 months for frame parts and 6 months for the roof canopy. Once you have initially put the roof on the frame there is no need to remove it again. The roof canopy has reinforced pressure points on all corners making it much more durable.
