With 7 levels of user-controlled water resistance, the machine enables you to tailor the intensity of your rowing sessions. To let you keep track of your progress, there is an LCD display that can be adjusted to your preferred viewing angle. The rower allows for accurate heart rate readings thanks to a wireless pulse receiver and an included chest belt.
