Product description
A protected and weatherproof outdoor socket for Mode 2 electric vehicle charging. For use with Mode 2 EV charging cables (UK 3-pin to Type 1 or Type 2). The socket works on 2.3Kw charging via a UK 3-pin socket. With added safety features which include 16 Amp, B-Type RCBO and A-Type RCD for added safety protection for prolonged charging.
The socket gives 8 miles per charging hour. The socket has additional space for fitting a surge protection device as well as being suitable for use as a regular outdoor power socket.
