This piece is cast from her original and then hand painted. It features a little boy with a golden heart made from resin. It was inspired by a young cancer patient at Children's Mercy Hospital USA. Susan Lordi and Enesco will donate 65p to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity for every Heart of Gold figurine sold.
