This experience includes a choice of a 25 minute treatment: either a facial or a massage, so you can opt for whichever takes your fancy. The facial will give you a real boost, hydrating and nourishing your skin to leave it feeling thoroughly refreshed. The massage usually focuses on the upper back as that is the area where most people feel tight and tense, so having your cares smoothed away is perfect if you need a little stress relief.
