This unique 12 week home workout programme includes 2 DVDs (with over 4 hours of content), a 3.5KG Hyperwear Sandbell and Wall Planner for tracking progress. The programme is broken down into 3 phases which get progressively more challenging: 3 x 30 minute workouts are designed to be taken each week, with the option of adding an additional workout. MyStrength - functional loaded movement exercises using the 3.5KG Hyperwear Sandbell MyPower - fat burning cardio boxing workouts. MyCore - ab work with adapted Pilates and yoga moves. Inspired by Myleene, this is a 12 week home workout programme offering busy women and mums effective exercise whenever and wherever they want it. The programme comes complete with equipment and 220 minutes of workouts (4 hours inc extras). There are 3 unique workouts Mystrength; MyPower; MyCore; combined to provide a full body workout. In addition, MyCore workouts are purposely short (only 12 minutes in duration), to fit into even the busiest of lifestyles. Functional training takes a total body approach to working out, blending exercises and travelling through different planes of movement. Using compound exercises that combine two or more anatomical movements together, the upper & lower body muscles work in harmony. Rather than HIIT, this programme uses the continuous cardio approach: a proven calorie burner with more user-friendly demands.
